Terms of Service

Non returnable items:

- Assembled and/or Modified items or out of original packaging

- Opened bedding materials

- Once the sheets or duvet cover sets have been unfolded they are not resalable and not returnable.

- We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled

Canceling an item or order
Customer Initiated Order Cancellation:

Prior to shipment of your order, you may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order by email, Email us here with your name & order number at If your order has already shipped, you may return your order in accordance with our return policy. If your order has successfully been canceled, L B Homes Items will process the refund back to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Do you ship to all US addresses?

No, we only ship to the 48 continental US states.



Do you ship Internationally?

No.

How Will My Order Ship?

We know that once you have placed an order with us, you want to receive it as quickly as possible. We offer UPS Ground and Economy shipping (various services). Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment. Generally, ground delivery is available Monday to Fri. A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. If a signature is required the product will not be left at the address.
